About Ministry

The Ministry of Justice was established on 4th November, 1921under the name of (Mashawar al-Adliya). On the 3rd of January, 1929 the name was changed to the Ministry of Justice. The Ministry of Justice was established to act as the executive arm of the Jordanian Judicial System. Ever since 1929, it had continued to play its role in achieving the Kingdom’s basic mission of establishing justice, equality and protecting the rights and freedom of all citizens.
