Examples of improvements to court proceedings – re-engineering of proceedings
- The use of short messages (SMS) in judicial notifications as an aid
- Distributing cases to judges automatically and randomly
Using systems to organize the role in the notary, execution and accounting departments
- Installing additional screens in all courtrooms and public prosecution departments to enable judges, lawyers and litigants to follow up on what is recorded in the minutes in real time, which increases transparency, speed and accuracy of preparing reports.
- Using an automated system to prepare, send and receive judicial notifications between courts and partners.
- Providing the possibility of transferring cases from the public prosecution departments to the courts, as well as from court to court and withdrawing all evidence electronically and in a manner appropriate to the nature of work

Providing case inquiry service through the Internet for lawyers and citizens
Civil Status Department: Exchange of citizens ' data
Department of Lands and Survey: A direct electronic link for the uses of notary transactions and refer to the registration deeds in the Land Department, and in return, the Land Department can obtain the data of the notary transactions related to lands.
Public Security Directorate / Criminal Information Department: Direct electronic link to obtain the data of those with precedence for the purposes of issuing a certificate and criminal record .
Ministry of Water: A direct electronic link through which the Ministry of Water can follow up on cases related to the Ministry of Water in the courts
Ministry of Digital Economy And Entrepreneurship : Direct electronic link to benefit from the electronic payment gateway and SMS service to inform lawyers and litigation parties of the dates of the hearings
