Ideal Employee Award
The award seeks to ensure that the government sector performs the duties and tasks entrusted to it to the fullest and with high levels of quality, efficiency and professionalism, and also aims to provide a guiding reference and standard foundations to measure the progress and development in the performance of ministries and government institutions, and to promote the exchange of experiences between public sector institutions and share success stories among them on successful management practices.
The Ideal Employee Award aims to encourage positive competition between employees from different job categories to create a state of creativity and raise the level of performance of various ministries and government institutions. The ideal employee is characterized by his knowledge, behavior and performance, and that he is a seeker of information and ideal in his way of thinking and working, and judging his excellence through his results and achievements, and believes in teamwork and develops and changes in the way he implements his work continuously.
