Minister of Justice congratulates the head of the Judicial Council
Today, the Minister of Justice, Dr Bassam Al-Talhouni visited the head of the Court of Cassation and head of the Judicial Council, Judge Mahmoud Al-Ababneh congratulating him on his appointment as a head of the Court of Cassation and as a head of the Judicial Council and wishing him success in accomplishing his mandated functions.
The Minister of Justice said that the judiciary is the main pillar for administering justice, protecting rights and safeguarding freedoms, which must be provided with all forms of support in terms of appropriate legislations, integrated facilities and competent human elements, noting the role of the Ministry of Justice in this field.
Talhouni stressed that the executive authority keeps supporting the independence of the judicial authority in a way that ensures the performance of its mission and providing all forms of technical support by providing supportive human cadres and all forms of support in infrastructure and modern technology to serve litigation procedures, and he also stressed the importance of the cooperation with the Judicial Council.
The head of the Judicial Council presented his appreciation for the role of the Ministry of Justice in the justice sector.
