To contribute in providing a supportive legislative environment and infrastructure that plays an essential role in raising the efficiency and effectiveness of government operations and services in the public  sector, in addition to assisting in the digital transformation initiatives. Furthermore, the Ministry is adamant to oversee policy-making, facilitate access to justice, protect pubic funds and collect them.

MoJ’s Goal:

“Enhancing the independence of the judiciary and its crucial role in a manner that ensures the achievement of Justice and protecting rights and freedoms through providing capable human recourses and full logistics support that encompasses the structural and technical infrastructure. Equipping the Ministry, Courts, and Affiliated Departments with all technical, financial, administrative, and logistical needs. Upgrading the services provided to their recipients aligned with the principals of governance and transparency. Furthermore, actively contributing to the provision of an appropriate legislative environment, policy-making, and future foresight; due to upholding and fostering equality and equal opportunities, facilitating access to justice, protecting public funds, and bolstering community security, and the reinforcement of cooperation and coordination with relevant stakeholders.”.
