Directorate of Legal Affairs
- Expressing a legal opinion on the legal advice provided to the Ministry by the concerned authorities and directorates of the Ministry and providing the MoJ with a legal opinion, upon their request.
- Contributing to updating and developing legislation related to the Ministry, representing the Ministry in meetings with the concerned authorities, following up on cases and lawsuits filed against the Ministry and providing responses thereon.
- Expressing legal opinion, on requests, for cassation by written order, retrial and special amnesty, and preparing legal studies and research related to the work of the Ministry, in addition to supervising the provision of the Disciplinary Council’s administrative and logistic services.
