The Ministry of Justice launches electronic auction service in May
The Ministry of Justice is launching the electronic auction system during the month of May, which enables its users to log in and view all the information and auction details in the enforcement departments of the regular courts and participate in them electronically.
The Minister of Justice Dr. Bassam Talhouni said that this service comes within a series of services carried out by the ministry in order to promote the principle of transparency and integrity by reaching the largest number of bidders and collect the highest price of properties offered for sale through public auction in the implementation departments to protect the rights of civilians, On the bids and their dates, details of the properties offered for sale, their pictures, specifications, experience report and participation in electronic bidding
Talhouni pointed out that the ministry has added this electronic service on the website and the website of electronic services of the Ministry of Justice, in order to allow the largest number of bidder to participate in auctions electronically without the need to visit the courts and to preserve the rights of debtors by increasing their chances to obtain higher prices for their reserved money and their properties offered for auction, and facilitate the procedures on the bidder and enable them to see the auctions and dates and details of the checks offered for sale and pictures.
Talhouni explained that the provision of this service came in implementation of the recommendations of the Royal Commission for the development of the judiciary and the rule of law on the computerization of auctions and procedures and published on the website of the Ministry of Justice.
Talhouni said that in order to implement the priorities of the government's work for the two years (2019-2020) and in the framework of achieving the electronic transformation plan of the Ministry of Justice for the years (2018-2020), the ministry has taken several measures to translate the priority on completing the completion of operations in the courts and improving the services provided by them of the launch of (20) electronic service for the year 2018, and the launch of (20) new electronic service during 2019 was the service, including, to reach (60) service by the end of 2020.
