The Minister of Justice inspects the Koura Court

 

Minister of Justice, Dr. Bassam Al-Talhouni, today, Monday, inspected the work progress, litigation procedures and implementation in the Koura Court.

The Minister of Justice, in the presence of the President of the Court, Judge Habis Qidah and the district governor of Al-Koura, Dr. Khalaf Bani Khalid and Mayor Ibrahim Al-Aida in the various facilities of the court, the implementation department and the notary and warehouses department, toured the work of the administrative apparatus in terms of its ability to provide services to its recipients, and the permanence of facilitating litigation procedures before the administrative organ of the court.

It is worth noting that the Koura Court, which serves the district, which includes approximately 200 thousand people over an area of ​​210 square kilometers, applied the electronic archiving system, as it archived one million and 55 thousand papers, in addition to applying the electronic response service system "IBAN" concerned with transferring funds and trusts in favor of those convicted in their accounts with banks without referring to the court.

Al-Talhouni stressed the importance of cooperation between all parties to the litigation process with the aim of achieving justice, which is the highest goal, indicating that the Ministry is always looking to achieve completed justice in its full and comprehensive concept through speedy procedures and the maintenance of fair trial guarantees.

Noting the ministry’s interest in the quality of services provided to auditors and lawyers, and reducing the burden on lawyers and court officials

For his part, the President of the Court appreciated the judges' interest in providing all services to citizens and employees.

The Minister listened to the needs of the employees and the notes of lawyers and visitors of the court, directed to secure the requirements related to the work of the court in accordance with the capabilities available to the ministry and the need to follow their observations and requirements and meet all of them.
